Name of the Positions: Additional General Manager (Grade VII Position) and Junior Manager (Grade I Position)

Scale of pay: Candidates appointed for the position of Additional General Manager will be coming under the pay band of 36600-62000 (3%), where in basic pay would be Rs.36600 and Candidates appointed for the position of Junior Manager will be coming under the pay band of 12600-32500 (3%), where in basic pay would be Rs.12600.

Age requirement: To apply for the position of Additional General Manager, the upper age limit as on the 1st of January 2012 for general category candidates is 45, for OBC candidates it is 48 years for SC and ST candidates, the upper age limit is 50 years. For the position of Junior Manager, the upper age requirement for general category candidates is 28, for OBC candidates it is 31 years for SC and ST candidates, the upper age limit is 33 years and for official language department alone, the upper age limit is 40,43 and 45 respectively.

Mode of Selection:

Selection will be done according to the performance of the candidates in interview for AGM position and for Junior Manager position, there will written test and interview.

Application fee to be paid by general and OBC category candidates is Rs.400 and by candidates belonging to SC/ST category fee is not applicable and this fee should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favor of ‘Bharat Dynamic Limited’, payable at Hyderabad or through online payment.
