Scale of pay: Candidates appointed for the position of Deputy General Manager will be coming under the pay band of 32900-58000 (3%), where in basic pay would be Rs.32900 and Candidates appointed for the position of Management Trainee will be coming under the pay band of 16400-40500 (3%), where in basic pay would be Rs.16400.

Educational qualification and post qualification experience:

Age requirement: To apply for the position of Deputy General Manager, the upper age limit as on the 1st of January 2012 for general category candidates is 45, for OBC candidates it is 48 years for SC and ST candidates, the upper age limit is 50 years. For the position of Management Trainee, the upper age requirement for general category candidates is 25, for OBC candidates it is 28 years for SC and ST candidates, the upper age limit is 30 years.

Mode of Selection:

Selection will be done according to the performance of the candidates in interview for DGM position and for Management trainee position, there will written test and interview.

Application fee to be paid by general and OBC category candidates is Rs.400 and by candidates belonging to SC/ST category fee is not applicable and this fee should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favor of ‘Bharat Dynamic Limited’, payable at Hyderabad or through online payment.
