Eligibility Criteria

Candidates those who have completed M.Sc. Dairy science/ M.V.Sc. Dairy (Animal Biochemistry/ Biochemistry/ Animal Physiology/ Dairy Bacteriology/ Dairy Microbiology/ Animal Biotechnology), M.Sc. Biochemistry/ Animal Biotechnology, M.Sc. Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Animal Biotechnology/ Bio-Medical Sciences/ Molecular Biology & Bio-Technology are eligible to write this exam. The candidate should also hold a minimum of 60% marks for the post graduate degree program. Those students who meet all the minimum requirements are eligible for an admission.

How to Apply?

The aspirants can procure the admission brochure and the application form for Ph.D Animal Biochemistry via post by sending a request for the same. The request must be sent to the Registrar, National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal-132001 (Haryana). It should be accompanied with a demand draft of Rs 1200/-. The DD must be sent in favour of the “ICAR UNIT, NDRI, KARNAL”. Candidates have to write their E-mail id, address and telephone number. The forms can also be purchased from the counters in the administrative block of National Diary Research Institute.

The candidate has to fill the application in block letters. They also have to specify the full address including the telephone numbers. After completing the application form, they need to send it along with all the necessary documents to the given address.
