The National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) offers the following programs:

Integrated M.Sc
Integrated M.Sc - PhD
PhD

Since you have asked the basic qualification, I am providing you information regarding the Integrated M.Sc Program.
In order to be considered eligible for this program, one must have qualified +2 level of examination from a recognized board with a minimum of 60% marks which is relaxed upto 5% for candidates belonging to SC/ST category.
The maximum age limit for candidates belonging to General Category is 25 years and 30 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST category.

Candidates who fulfills the eligibility criteria mentioned above needs to take National Entrance Screening Test (NEST).

NISER is National Institute of Science Education and Research.

NISER conducts NEST which is National Entrance Screening Test for Admission into 5 years integrated M.Sc program for 10+2 pass students.

Eligibility for NEST:

Should have completed 10+2 with atleast 60 % marks or Equivalent from a recognised board of education. For SC/ST 55 % is required .

Age should not exceed 25 years for General and OBC category to apply for this exam.

There is age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST category.
