Selection Process for IT-CISA Officer Post in Dena Bank
Graduation qualification is a must to apply for IT CISA officer post in Dena Bank. Specialization streams like IT/Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electronics/ Computer Applications/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science can be chosen by candidates during graduation. Other than this, graduates who have attained CISA certification and also passed “DOEACC B level program” can apply for this post. A written test involving aptitude oriented questions is conducted and those clearing it can attend P.I.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for Officer (IT-CISA) Post in Dena bank, candidates must complete graduation. Candidates who have taken graduation in any of the following subject streams can apply for this post –

- Electronics
- Computer Science
- Computer Applications
Apart from this, graduates who have cleared “DOEACC B level program” also are eligible to apply for ( IT –CISA) officer post. Along with this, it is mandatory to achieve a CISA (Certified Information System Auditor) certificate from ISACA. The higher age limit for IT-CISA officer post is 35 years.
Selection Criteria
It is compulsory to attend a written test in order to get selected for (IT –CISA) officer post. The applications submitted by candidates will go through a preliminary selection process after which selected ones can appear for written test. Candidates should prepare for aptitude oriented questions in the selection test. Candidates who happen to clear written test need to go for a Personal Interview round as well. The performance of candidates in this round will be a final evaluation test for selecting candidates for IT-CISA officer post.
Scheme of Written Test
The written test has four major sections for a total of 100 marks.
Section 1 – Test of Quantitative Aptitude

Section 2 – Test of Reasoning
- Total number of questions -50 questions
- Total marks -50 marks
Section 3 – Test of English Language
- Total number of questions -50 questions
- Total marks -25 marks
Section 4 – Test of Professional Knowledge
- Total number of questions -50 questions
- Total marks -75 marks
Candidates must complete attending the written exam within the given time frame of 120 minutes. It is mandatory for candidates to attain at least 40% marks (for general candidates) and 35% marks (for SC/ST/OBC candidates) in the selection test so as to get permission to attend Personal Interview.
