IBPS stands for Institute of Banking Personal Selection.


A graduation completed candidate can be eligible for IBPS PO(Probationary Officer) exam, this exam conducting under 19 Public Sector banks.

The maximum age to apply this exam is 30 years.

Relaxation:-

3years for OBC category candidates,

IBPS- Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. It conduct the bank clerk exam every year for 19 public sector of bank.

If you have completed Graduation degree or completed Diploma degree , then you are applicable for IBPS Clerk Exam.

They are not require any kind of percentage marks in Graduation or Diploma degree .

Your age should be in between 18 to 28 years old.Age relaxation is provide for reserved category.

IBPS Clerk Exam Details:-

For various posts like Probationary Officers, Clerical Cadres, Specialist Officers etc. Institute of Banking Personnel Selection conducts the Common Written Examination. Twenty public sector banks participates in the IBPS CWE Exam.

@@ You need to be a graduate for this post and you can get the degree in any discipline of your choice from a recognized university.

@@ The minimum percentage to acquire has not been mentioned. So 40% of marks at grad level would do.

@@ The lower age limit for this year's exam is 20 years and for general category candidates the upper age limit remains 28 years.

@@ There is 5 years age relaxation for the SC/ST candidates, 3 years age relaxation for the OBC candidates and 10 years age relaxation for the physically disabled candidates.

@@ From this year you can apply only in one state. You need to have proficiency in the language of the State where you are intending to apply.

@@ You need to have computer skills. You need to show mark sheet of +2, if you had computer science as a subject, or a certificate course from a recognized institute.

Exam Pattern:-

• There will be five sections in all and from each section 40 questions will be asked. All total 200 questions therefore will be asked and the total marks allotted is also 200.
  
• The whole paper needs to be completed in two hours' time which is the total duration of the exam. For each wrong answer 0.25 marks will be deducted.
  
• Stress on the following areas: Reasoning, English Language, Numerical Ability, General Awareness and Computer Knowledge.
