Eligibility and Selection Procedure for EGPGM in IIM, Kashipur

Bachelor degree from any of the recognized University is the basic qualification required for EGPGM. Such candidates must have at least two years of work experience after graduation. Marks scored in GMAT/CAT are usually considered for admission. Others can seek admission on the basis of EMAT (Executive Management Aptitude Test) carried out by IIM Kashipur. The pattern of the test is similar to that of Common Admission Test (CAT). Candidates short listed on the basis of entrance test score will be short listed for interview. Final selection is made on the basis of entrance test score, work experience, academic performance, and personal interview.
