Students can develop skills on latest cutting edge technologies, industrial practices, and communication skills. Arranging summer training and pre campus recruitment training is other major responsibilities of the career and guidance cell. They also provide guidance for students interested in higher education from foreign Universities. Details on entrance examinations like GRE, GMAT, CAT, XAT, and GATE and information regarding international University scholarships (for higher studies) are given to students.

Training of students is carried out through various value added programmes like weekly seminars.
