M.E in Control Engineering and its importance
Control engineering has nowadays emerged as one of the most challenging and well researched subjects. Eligibility Criteria for doing M.E in control engineering
In order to do M.E. in control engineering, the candidate should have passed the GATE exam. The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering has to be cleared for admission into M. E. course. Also, the candidate should be having B.E/ B.Tech engineering degree from a recognized university of India. The degree should be in electrical engineering or electrical and electronics field.
Course Details
The M.E. in Control systems is of two years duration. It is divided into 4 semesters. The candidates need to pass every semester, in order to advance to the next semester. In many universities, Control Systems engineering is taught in courses of Mechatronics engineering, Aerospace engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering. Many other engineering programs also overlap with control engineering education. The candidates who wish to pursue Control engineering education should be experts in mathematical theories and its other branches like Calculus.

Control engineering has applications even outside the Engineering domain. It is used in financial management and Science. Control engineering has gained importance due to the fact that it is a part of wide range of machines like Washing machines to Fighter aircrafts.
