Acharya Nagarjuna University located in Andhra Pradesh was established in 1976 with 10 Master’s degree courses. The University provides courses in different streams like architecture, engineering, physical education, science, law, commerce etc at undergraduate, diploma, and postgraduate levels. The candidates are selected to these courses through the entrance exams held by the University.
Structure of Acharya Nagarjuna University M.A. in Social Work Entrance Exam
Acharya Nagarjuna University M.A. Social Work entrance exam consists of questions of objective nature with multiple choices. The students can take a maximum of 90 minutes to complete the test. Each paper will be having 100 questions. There will not be any negative marking for incorrect answers.

Eligibility Criteria
The candidates who have completed Bachelor’s degree in any stream can apply for Acharya Nagarjuna University M.A. Social Work entrance exam. There are no age criteria for admission into any postgraduate course.
How to Apply?
The candidates who wish to join M.A in Social Work can purchase the application forms from the concerned centre on a payment of Rs. 300/-. The applicant should send the completed form associated with the necessary documents to Prof. M.V.S. Koteswara Rao, Director, Directorate of Admissions, Acharya Nagarjuna University, Nagarjunanagar-522 510, Andhra Pradesh. The required documents are 3 stamped envelopes, computer data sheet, attested photocopies of certificates, and acknowledgement card.
How to fill the Form?
- Read the information brochure with immense care
- Complete all the columns in the application legibly and neatly
- Enter the name and date of birth as per the original certificate
- Provide the complete address including the pin code
- There should not be any vacant column in the application
- Put the signature in the appropriate space of the application form
- Make sure that all the relevant documents are enclosed with the filled application
- The documents and certificates should be tagged using twine
