Adarsha Institute of Management Studies shortly called as AIMS is affiliated to Mangalore University and it was established by Shubhodaya Education Trust with the objective of imparting quality education to eligible students. It is also called as Adarsha College and is approved by Karnataka Government.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates applying to AIMS, must have completed 12 years of formal school education and must have completed pre-university equivalent courses/10+2/P.U.C. They must also have completed 17 years of age on the 1st of June in which he/she is seeking admission. Any student applying from outside Karnataka must obtain eligibility certificate from Mangalore University and they should also submit migration certificate issued by University/board apart from Transfer Certificate.

Admission Procedure:

Candidates satisfying the eligibility norms will be called for interview or written test and they should produce mark-sheets and original certificates of qualifying examination at the time of interview. Once the interview procedure is over, the college will produce the final list of selected candidates.

AIMS believes that for balanced and continued growth of a student, it is essential to train both the body and the mind of the individual in an encouraging environment. With this belief, several facilities like hospitality science laboratory, centralized library, specially designed computer laboratory, counseling facilities, sports & recreation, placement training, guest lectures by specialists from appropriate fields, liaison with institution & industry for campus selection, tie-up with several organizations for summer placement, etc…are offered to the students.
