Job Profile:

United India Insurance Company Limited is recruiting young and dynamic individuals (Indian Citizens only) on the post of Administrative Officer (Scale-II) in its offices which are spreaded all over India. The company is a reputed or infact leading public sector general insurance company owned by Government of India.

Eligibility:

The minimum age limit set for the post of Adminsitrative Officer in United India Insurance Company Limited is 21 years as on 31 December 2010. The maximum age limit set is 30 years which is relaxable to 5 years for SC/ST candidates. The upper age limit is relaxable to 3 years for OBC category candidates and to 10 years for physically handicapped candidates.

Educational Qualification:

Graduation is the minimum educational qualification set for the specified post. Candidates must have passed Graduation with atleast 60% marks in aggregate. Reserved category candidates are required to have only 555 marks in aggrgeta at Graduation level. More qualified candidates will surely get preference over others. All interested candidates are required to have working knowledge of Computer.

For General category candidates: 155 posts.
For SC category candidates: 44 posts.
For ST category candidates: 20 posts.
For OBC category candidates: 81 posts.

Pay Scale: Selected canddiates will get the emoluments of Rs. 27000 per month. Candidates will also get other admissible allowances as applicable.

Application Fee:

An application fee of prescribed amount is need to be submitted in Account No. 31601917796 through the means of a Fee Payment Challan at any branch of State Bank of India. The amount of fee to be paid by General and OBC category candidates is Rs. 500 and Rs. 40 as service charges to SBI. On the other hand, SC/ST/PWD candidates are not required to pay any kind of application fee at all.

Selection Process:

A written examination will be held on 27 March 2011. All eligible candidates will be called for written examination. Candidates will then be called for interview on the basis of their performance in written examination. The final selection woll be made only on the basis of result of written examination and interview.

How to apply: Candidates should apply online only at UIICL wesbite as no other means or mode of application will be accepted. Candidates should take a print out of the system generated online application form for future reference. Candidates are required to have a valid e-mail ID. If candidates does not have a valid personal e-mail ID then he/she should create a new email ID before applicatying onle to the post.
