Jiwaji University offers admission to various under graduate courses such as BBA, B.E in Chemical Engineering, BTM, and B.P.Ed. Admission process is done either on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination or University level entrance test. Admission test for BCA course comprise questions from topics such as general knowledge, numerical ability, and reasoning.

Admission Process for UG Courses in Jiwaji University

Admission to B.P.Ed is done on the basis of written test, Motor Fitness Test, Sports Performance Test, Group Discussion, Personality Test cum Interview, Personal Sports Achievements, and Medical Fitness Test. Written test is the first stage of selection process. This admission test is conducted for 50 marks and comprises questions from topics such as General Knowledge in Sports, Aerobics, and Physical Education. Those who clear the written test can move to the second stage of selection process. Motor Fitness Test and Sports Performance Test, is conducted for 100 marks each. Ten marks are allotted for each of the sessions of GD and Personality Test cum Interview. Medical fitness test is of qualifying nature. Those with personnel sports achievements will be given preference.

Candidates having studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as subjects in HSC can join to B.E degree. Such candidates must have a valid score in MPPET or AIEEE. Graduates with a minimum of 50% marks can seek admission to B.Li.Sc. Admission is done on the basis of marks obtained in graduation. Admission to all other courses except B.Li.Sc is done through a University level entrance test. There will be four sections for the written test, each comprising of 25 questions. Each question carries 1 mark to make a total of 100 marks. Questions for the test are asked from the following topics.

  • General English
  • General Knowledge
  • Numerical Ability
  • Reasoning

Duration given for answering the exam is 2 hours. Those who clear the written test are asked to attend a counseling session. Certificate verification and a face to face interview are conducted during the process. Candidates are allotted with course and college, on the basis of the marks obtained in the qualifying test.
