MBA in E- Commerce is one of the new generation post graduate courses offered at Jiwaji University. The two year course is designed to provide knowledge about different aspects of e-business. Graduation is the minimum requirement for admission. Admission to the course is made on the basis of screening test conducted by the University. Written test will include questions on General English, Numerical Ability, etc. Selected students must pay tuition fees of Rs. 2400/- per semester.

The duration of the course is 2 years and will have 4 semesters. It covers areas such as SCM, ERP and Project Management. Semester wise syllabus for this course prescribed by the University is mentioned below.

Admission Procedure for MBA E-Commerce in Jiwaji University

Candidates who have completed graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate are eligible to apply for the course. The upper age limit for this course is 27 years. Candidates belonging to reserved category can avail relaxation in age and required marks as per government norms at the time of admission. Applicants with a bachelor degree in Information Technology or having work experience in IT industry will be given priority. Selection will be on the basis of composite scores obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam and personal interview.

The entrance test will have hundred questions. Each question carries one mark. The maximum time limit allotted for the exam is 90 minutes. Candidates can expect questions from General English, Reasoning, General Awareness, and Numerical Ability.

Fees structure for M B A in E- Commerce in Jiwaji University

  • Tuition Fee: Rs.2400/-
  • Course Development Fee: Rs.8500/-
  • Computer Fee: Rs. 1000/-
  • Caution Deposit: Rs. 2500/-

Apart from these, candidates will have to pay a certain sum as General Fees. General fees are   different for each semester. It ranges from Rs. 525/- to Rs. 2000/-. All the fees mentioned above are meant to be paid in each semester. Of these, caution deposit should be paid at the time of admission and it is refundable.
