Admission to undergraduate programs in management like Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is done on the basis of an entrance exam, power point presentation, personal interview (PI) and academic performance of the candidate. Entrance exam comprises of questions from topics like Analytical Reasoning, Current Affairs, Data Analysis and Numerical Ability. Application fee for attending this exam is Rs. 1000/-. Eligible candidates can apply through University portal after making fee payment through any of the branches of State Bank of India.

Admission Procedure for UG courses under Management Studies in Christ University

Pass in HSC/12th class from a recognized institute is the qualification required to pursue BBA/BBM course. Screening process for selection of suitable candidates is done via three steps

• Entrance Exam
• Power Point Presentation
• Personal interview (PI)

Entrance exam is conducted in objective model, in time duration of two hours. There will be a total of 120 questions for the test. Each question carries one mark to make a total of 120 marks. Questions for the test will be asked from the following topics/areas.

• Analytical Reasoning
• Comprehension Skills
• Critical Reasoning
• Current Affairs
• Data Analysis and Interpretation
• English Language
• Fundamental Mathematical Operations
• General Knowledge
• Logical Reasoning:
• Numerical Ability
• Quantitative Aptitude
• Verbal Reasoning

There will be 30 questions from English language. General Knowledge & Current Affairs section as well as quantitative aptitude section carries 25 marks each. 40 marks are distributed equally among the other two sections.

Those who pass the written examination will be enrolled to the next level i.e. Power Point Presentation. Time duration allotted for the section is 90 seconds only. Verification of mark sheets and other important documents are made during the personal interview.

Final selection is done on the basis of entrance exam, power point presentation, personal interview (PI) and academic performance of the candidate. Academic performance in class 10, class 11 and class 12 are considered for admission.

Notifications for admissions are usually issued in the month of December. Before starting with the application process, candidate should be ready with a valid email id and copy of mark sheets and other required certificates. Also they must pay an application fee of Rs. 1000/- through any of the branches of State Bank of India with core banking facility. A printed copy of the submitted application form must be send to the University address along with attested copy of mark sheets.
