Food Corporation of India was established in the year 1964. It is one of the largest companies dealing with food management. It was established to safeguard the interests of farmers, distribute the food grains all over the country and maintaining the buffer stock of food grains. Food Corporation of India is making the recruitment on the posts of Assistant Grade-III ( Accounts or Technical or Depot ) on the basis of their educational qualification and experience:
1. Recruitment of Assistant Grade-III (Accounts):
No. of posts: Only 70 posts are available.
Age Limit: Candidates should be in betwen 18 to 25 years of age.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 9300-22940 per month.
2. Recruitment of Assistant Grade-III (Technical):
No. of posts: Only 300 posts are available.
Age Limit: Candidates should be in betwen 18 to 25 years of age.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 9300-22940 per month.
3. Recruitment of Assistant Grade-III (Depot):
No. of posts: Only 132 posts are available.
Age Limit: Candidates should be in betwen 18 to 25 years of age.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 9300-22940 per month.
Selection Process:
The selection process consists of a competitive written examination that will be held on 28 November 2010.
How to apply: Rs. 300 in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Food Corporation of India payable at Chennai is required to be filled as an application fee. No fee condition is required for the SC/ST/PH candidates. Candidates should take the print out of the filled in application form and send it to the address:
