Job Profile: The Assistant Manager will be responsible for meeting process specific targets. He should motivate the team leaders on day to day basis and maintain the attendance and attrition in process. He should review or analyze the performance of the process and reporting to the client’s heads on daily basis.

He must be coordinating with different departments. He would work in close co-ordination with clients ensuring clients satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate can apply for the post. The candidate must be fluent in Hindi, English and Gujarati. He must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with clients and should show aggression to drive sales.

Experience: Minimum work experience in handling teams for 2 to 4 years in a telecalling set up. Sales experience with BFSI would be preferable.

Pay Scale: Rupees 1, 80, 000 to 2, 40, 000
