Company profile: IIFCL was incorporated in the year 2006. It is a completely owned govt. of India enterprise. IIFCL provides financial assistance to various infrastructural projects like seaports, roads, bridges, power etc in India, deals in equity, refinance to banks and FIs and raises debts from the markets etc. It has a capital of over Rs1000 crores.
Job profile: The assistant manager would be required to improvise the method and the procedure of the department. They would be required to bring the changes in planning and execution and also they would have to support their seniors.
Eligibility: A candidate must not exceed the age of 30 years as on 1st August 2009. However, relaxation can be claimed as per the rules.
Educational Qualifications: A candidate must possess any profession qualification out of CA or ICWA, a regular post graduate diploma in management, a full time MBA and a post graduation from a recognized university or an institution. A candidate must also have a working knowledge of computers.
No. of posts: There are 8 posts in total for the post of Assistant Manager in grade ‘A’. These posts also include reserved posts.
Pay scale: An assistant manager will be given a pay scale of Rs11250-22500 plus other allowances like HRA, DA, Family allowances, etc as per the rules.
Selection process: The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their qualifications and the short listed candidates will have to appear for an interview/group discussion.
