You have 4 long years of industrial experience, that too in R&D, and you are asking for govt. jobs. You could jump to another company. The private companies are hungry for experienced personnel. Go grab the one which best suits you. We, Freshers, Pharma Chemists are hunting for jobs with 2-3 years bond. You are so lucky...... The difference between you and us is only the tag we hold M.Pharma and you M.Sc. That makes a huge difference in the minds of recruiters. we are not equally treated even though we have enough knowledge to compete with the peers...
