Myself completed M.Sc in Organic Chemistry and want to do Ph.D on the same from abroad university(European country).How can I approach please suggest me.I am belonging from a needy family but having lots of dreams on my eyes.I want to serve in research field throughout my life.don't know whether I will get a position or not.!

i completed msc organic chemistry with out mathematics background at graduate level.now i am working as a research associate in r&d field.can i pursue ph.d with this experience?if ok where opportunities available?and also give any govt jobs regarding my qualifications.
