Campus Placement Procedure in Honey Well


Honey Well conducts campus as well as off campus recruitment for professionals meeting their requirements. Graduation or Post Graduation in Information Technology/ Electronics & Communications with first class marks is the minimum educational qualification required. Section procedure includes aptitude test, technical interview and HR interview.

Eligibility Criterion for Campus Drive in Honey Well

Candidates who have completed Bachelor of Technology/ Engineering in subjects such as Information Technology/ Electronics & Communications/ Instrumentation from a recognized University are eligible to apply for this recruitment drive. Those who have completed courses such as Master of Computer Applications/ M.Sc. Computer Science are also eligible to apply. Candidates should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in graduation. In addition to this, final year candidates are also eligible to apply. Candidates are supposed to have no backlogs at the time of recruitment. Those who have completed graduation in full time courses are only eligible to apply. Upper age limit for qualification is 26 years.

Selection Procedure

Eligible and desirous candidates are required to upload their resume in the official website of the organization. Selected candidates will short listed for the recruitment process which include

  • Aptitude Test
  • Technical Interview
  • H R Interview

There will be a maximum of 100 questions in the aptitude test. Candidates can expect objective type multiple choice questions in the examination. Of these, up to 15 questions will be asked from Data Base Management System, 10 to 15 questions from C and DS and 30 questions from topics such as Microprocessors, Computer Networks and Operating system. In addition to these, up to 20 questions will be asked from General Aptitude, which include simple calculations and logical reasoning etc. Maximum time allotted for the entire examination is 100 minutes. Each question carries one mark. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers. Candidates are required to secure a minimum of 52 marks to qualify the aptitude section.

Those who have cleared the aptitude test will be short listed for Technical interview. There will be a total of two rounds in this section. Questions will be asked from topics such as C, DS, C++, Normalization, Operating System, java and candidates’ area of interest as mentioned in resume.

Final selection will be based on the based on performance in HR Interview. Questions will be asked from candidates’ academic profile, family background, difference between CSE and IT, pay packages etc. Those who have performed well in the overall selection procedure will be selected.
