Job profile: The civil engineers will be responsible for the design planning and construction of building, roads etc. They will be required to assist their seniors in projects and also they will be required to inspect various sites for construction purposes.

Eligibility: A candidate must not exceed the age of 35 years as on 1st August 2009. However, relaxation can be claimed as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications: A candidate must have a degree of diploma in civil engineering from a recognized university. A candidate having a degree must also have an experience of minimum 2 years and a candidate having a diploma must have an experience of minimum 3 years in the concerned field of work.

No. of posts: There are 20 posts for he civil engineers.

Pay scale: The degree holders will be given a consolidated pay of Rs17000 and the diploma holders will be given a pay of Rs12000 (with 3 years experience) and Rs15000 (with 5 years experience).

Selection process: The candidates will be required to appear for interview. The selections will be based on the merit.
