Agriculture Cooperative Staff Training Institute was incorporated in the year 1992 under Kerala State Co-operative Bank. The institute performs the functions such as conducting training programme and workshop for the personnel. The institute also conducts the workshops for Directors of the entire Co-operative Short term credit structure. The training programmes organized by the institute includes the areas of Finance Management, Financing Farm, Organisation Development etc. Mr. B. P. Job Profile:

Agriculture Cooperative Staff Training Institute is making recruitment of Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operators in various districts Central Cooperative Banks in the state of Punjab. The recruitment of eligible candidates will be made on regular basis. Selected candidates will have to serve in the districts of Amritsar, Fatehgarh Sahib, Faridkot, Fazilka, Ferozpur, Gurdaspur, Hoshiarpur, Kaputhala, Ludhiana, Mansa, Moga, Muktsar, Patiala, Sangrur, S.A.S Nagar and Tarn Taran.

Eligibility:

The minimum age limit set for the post is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 37 years as on the last date of submission of application form i.e. 4 July 2011. The upper age limit is expandable to 42 years in case of SC category candidates. Candidates employed in the Punjab State Cooperative Bank and Distt. Central Cooperative Banks, will get the relaxation of 10 years in the upper age limit set for the post of Clerk cum Data Entry Operator.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should have done Graduation from any stream or discipline with atleast 50% marks in aggregate or Post Graduation in any discpline from a recognized university. Interested candidates should also possess Diploma or Certificates of minimum 6 months in the Computers from any ISO certified institute. One more requirement for the post is that candidates should be domicile of Punjab and should have passed Punjabi Language examination of Matriculation standard. Weightage or preference will be given to the candidates having higher qualifications.

Pay Scale: Candidates will be paid under the Pay Band of Rs. 5910-20200 alongwith the Grade Pay of Rs. 1900.

Candidates are required to submit the application fee in Axis Bank alongwith the downloaded Acknowledgement Slip cum Fee Challan. Submission of this application fee is must, as candidates failing to deposit the fee will nt be considered for further processing.

Selection Process:

Only those candidates, who fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria, will be called for Written Examiantion that will be held on 31 July 2011. List of selected candidates, will be made only on the basis of the performances of candidates in the written test. The final selection of candidates will be made after the interview test.
