Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) has many constituent colleges. JNTUH College of Engineering, Jagithyal, and JNTUH College of Engineering, Manthani are two such constituent colleges located in Karimnagar district, which were established in 2007 and 2010 respectively. Both these colleges provide undergraduate courses in the fields of Science and Technology. Fee structure for these courses vary from year to year.

Both these colleges offer undergraduate courses in Engineering. The courses offered by JNTUH College of Engineering, Jagithyal are:

  • Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology
  • Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
  • Bachelor of Technology in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication Engineering

JNTUH College of Engineering, Manthani offers the following courses:

  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science &Engineering
  • Bachelor of Technology in Mining Engineering
  • Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
  • Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering
  • Bachelor of Technology in Mining Machinery Engineering
  • Bachelor of Technology in Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Fee structure

Fee structure prescribed by the Government of Andra Pradesh for B.Tech courses is applicable to students securing admissions to the various B.Tech programmes in JNTUH College of Engineering, Jagithyal, and JNTUH College of Engineering, Manthani. This is applicable for regular as well as lateral entry applicants.

A special fee of Rs 5500/- is required to be paid at the time of admission. A fee of Rs 10,000/- is to be paid by fresh entrants. The tuition fee prescribed for the B.Tech course in Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Machinery Engineering, Computer Science &Engineering, Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering has been fixed at Rs 10,000 per annum. The four year B.Tech programme is expected to cost a total of around Rs 40,000/-. In addition to this, exam fee, library fee, transportation charges, hostel fee and other miscellaneous expenses also adds up to the total expense.

The exam fee is around Rs 1,300 for B.Tech students. The hostel charges will be around R. 2,000/- per month. Those seeking hostel accommodation are expected to pay a deposit of Rs. 2,500/- refundable after four years.

The fee structure is different for NRI students, foreign nationals and those students seeking admission under the management quota.
