I have completed diploma in mechanical engineering after 10th.

Am I eligible to take admission in any NIIT or ISM or any other govt. Engineering colleges?

If you are talking about NIT and IIT, then surely you can get admission through JEE Main and Advanced. ISM is also declared an IIT by the government recently.

Diploma holders are also eligible for JEE, but admission will be possible only in first year of B.Tech degree. There is no lateral entry admission through JEE.
