If your age is less than 25 you are eligible. To apply for JEE Advance you need to appear for JEE mains .But your rank & score in JEE Main will not be considered for admission in NITs & CFTIs.

No, you can not appear in IIT Advanced in 2021 if passed 12th in 2016 because the eligibility criteria directly says that those candidates who have passed 12th in the 2019, 2020, 2021 are eligible for this test. And candidates who have completed 12th before 2019 are not eligible for this test.

You are not eligible to appear for JEE. Examination is conducted in two stages.

Main.

Advanced.

Candidates after qualifying in Main stage will become eligible for Advanced stages. Maximum three attempts for JEE Main and two for Advanced ( without gap including the year of appearing for 12th board examination).
