Sir, I completed diploma in electronics from NTTF Tata RND college, but unfortunately my college is not AICTE approved. I want to do B.Tech. So what can do Or can I get any chances for doing B.Tech? Please mail me.

No, you are not eligible to do B.Tech course if your Diploma college is not recognized by AICTE. Only candidates who have passed Diploma course from a Government recognized institution are eligible to pursue B.Tech course. If your college is approved by any other statutory body other than AICTE then, you are eligible to get admission for pursuing B. Tech course.

No, you can't pursue an AICTE approved B.Tech, if you have done diploma in engineering from a college, which is not AICTE approved. Hence, you must have the necessary qualification to become eligible for admission.

There are some open universities which offer B.Tech like degree, which is not approved by AICTE and only approved by UGC. You can pursue such courses.

If your degree is not approved by AICTE then you can't apply for B.Tech course through lateral entry exam.

Those candidates who have completed diploma course from UGC and AICTE approved University are eligible for B.Tech course.

Yes, definitely you can do after the completion of your Diploma course, there is no problem in it.
Candidates those who have completed their Diploma course in the relevant field from a recognised University with a minimum of 50% of marks in it are eligible for direct entry in the second year of degree course through lateral entry process.
