Please, do tell me that can i get direct admission in any Polytechnic college in Kolkata without appearing in any entrance exam.
But my madhyamik result is 30% marks ..

To be eligible to get admission for pursuing Diploma course, you must have qualified 10th standard in all subjects with minimum aggregate of 35% marks from a recognised board.

Candidates who have completed 10th standard can also get direct admission in Polytechnic Colleges of Kolkata without appearing in entrance examination. If you are not able to appear in entrance examination then, you can buy a seat through Management quota by contacting college administration.

There are also colleges which also offers admission in Diploma course on basis of 10th standard board examination marks. Since, you have very scored less marks in your 10th standard, you are not eligible to get admission in Polytechnic colleges of Kolkata.

No, I am sorry to say that you cannot get direct admission in Polytechnic course in any college in Kolkata without having appeared and cleared JEXPO entrance examination, which is the gateway to the course.

Therefore, you should first of all clear JEXPO entrance examination and after having cleared the examination, you will be very much eligible to get admission in any good Polytechnic College in Kolkata.
