After completion of Diploma in Hotel Management you can apply for job in various hotels, restaurants, airlines, tourism and travel companies. Mostly you will have job in private sectors. You just have to apply for interview and if you perform well in the interview you will be selected for the job. If you are studying in a good college then there might be campus placements.

There are jobs in various government sectors to mostly in catering department. Indian Railways has IRCTC which requires people from service industry and you can surely apply for job in them also.
