How can I go for aeronautical engineering after scoring 68%? Are there any good government colleges to go for in India? Aircraft maintenance engineering is also my choice if get so because I am feeling very low because of scoring such marks. Also I am myopic person with -9 and -11 prescription but that's not the problem because I can get maintain it. Being AME or Aeronautical engineering is looking very hard this time but this is something that impresses me a lot because I have keen interest in Aircraft and jobs related to it.
It would be good if I get any government college with less fee structure like in IITs.
Is there any hope to fulfill my dream and go for this career?

Those who have completed their 12th with PCM with atleast 70% and above are eligible for admission and can apply for entrance exam in Aeronautical engineering for b.tech course.
Admission is based on JEE MAINS and JEE ADVANCED.
Many institution like IITs , IISC , science research institution accept GATE score as admission to masters degree

Minimum eligibility criteria for pursuing Aerospace Engineering is passing higher secondary or Class 12 with a minimum of 60 per cent marks (55 per cent marks for SC/ST) in Science stream (Physics, Chemistry and Maths)
