Hello sir, I want to study D.Ed from Karnataka State Open University but I don't know D.Ed from KSOU is valid or not. Can you please tell me D.Ed course from KSOU is approved by NCTE or not?

For distance mode D.Ed you should be doing some teaching job along with the course. KSOU is a recognized open university and definitely D.Ed should be approved by NCTE.

Just make sure you fulfill all the eligibility criteria for D.Ed admission in distance mode.

Yes, D.Ed from KSOU is valid for jobs.

Because KSOU is approved by UGC. I have attached a document for UGC approval for KSOU University, So please check it out.

No, Karnataka State Open University is not approved by NCTE (NAtional Council for Teacher Education).
KSOU is recognised by the United Grants Commission (UGC) and is approved by the Distance Education Council (DEC).

Yes you can apply for governments jobs in Jharkhand with the D.Ed degree from KSOU.

KSOU is a UGC recognized open university. It is also recognized by Distance Education Council. KSOU offers many degree courses in different fields and all this courses are valid for govt job application.
