No, any course will not be approved by UGC and AICTE. Only the institutions are given approval by University Grants Commission (UGC) and All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). If the institution in which you are pursuing Diploma course is approved by UGC and AICTE, then, the Diploma in Chemical Engineering course is also considered as approved by UGC and AICTE.
