Sir/Mam,

A 1year diploma in civil engineering is good or taking 3year diploma is worth? If I join in 1year diploma course can I join for b.tech through lateral entry or can I join in diploma course for 3year..is taking 1year diploma course is worth for my future? If am taking dis what is the next step tu do for a good job?? Please help

No, a 1 year diploma is of no value unless you have a degree. They are done after the completion of the degree. They are called the vocational diplomas.

A 3 years diploma after 10th is equivalent to 10+2 and on the basis of it you can take admission in the engineering.

After the diploma, if you want to get into Engineering then there is a special examination for the diploma fellows named LEET.

LEET >>>> Lateral Entry Engineering Test.

If you qualify in the Test then you will be allotted a seat in the engineering college based on the rank in the examination and your diploma percentage.

You will be given the admission in directly in the 2nd year of engineering.
