For BSNL JTO post you must have a BE/BTech degree from a recogniszed university.
And also you have to appear in the entrance exam called GATE. |

The qualification required for the post of Junior Telecom Officer in BSNL is a candidate must have passed BE/BTech in Telecom/Electronics/Radio/Electrical/Information Technology/Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized university. A candidate should be an Indian citizen and the age should be between 18 years to 30 years.
