Hello Sir, I am a 10th student and interested to study Engineering Diploma course after 10th. For this I want to apply in POLYCET. Can I know about the eligibility criteria of POLYCET of this year? Kindly tell me immediately.

Eligibility to apply for POLYCET 2018 given below:

Candidates should have passed 10th examination from AP state. The 10th examinations must be conducted by the State Board of AP or Telangana or any other recognized board.

Candidate’s age should be at least 15 years

Candidates should have scored at least 35% marks in 10th examinations

To be eligible to apply for POLYCET 2018 examination, you should have passed 10th standard or an equivalent examination with at least 35% aggregate marks from a recognised institution. You should be an Indian National and there is no specific age criteria required to appear in POLYCET 2018 examination. Since, you have completed your 10th standard, you are eligible to apply for POLYCET 2018 examination.

You need to have class 10th qualification to apply for AP POLYCET 2018. There is no upper age limit for the exam and your should be a resident of Andhra Pradesh to apply for this exam.

Admission will be on the basis of performance in the entrance exam and seats are allotted through counselling based on rank.
