What is the maximum age limit for for Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) for General Caste category candidates? Please, do let me know the same asap.

The eligibility criteria for CTET examination are given below.

=> Candidate should have passed graduation from a recognized university.

=> As per my knowledge, there is no age limit so you can apply at any age.

There is no maximum age limit to appear in CTET examination. Candidate who satisfy the specified eligibility criteria related to educational qualification are eligible to apply for CTET examination. The minimum age required to apply for CTET examination is 18 years.

There is no maximum age limit (upper age limit) to appear in CTET exam. Minimum Age limit to appear in CTET exam is 18 years.

CTET stands for Central Eligibility Entrance Test.

This exam is held by CBSE twice every year for recruitment of teachers in various centrally funded CBSE schools like JNVs, KVs, etc.
