My name is Sri harsha. I have completed my diploma in E&C. I am working in BPO call center in bengaluru. My aim is to become a Sniper in Indian army and serve my country with heart and soul.

My question is how to become a sniper in Indian army?

One who wishes to become a Sniper in Indian Army has to first join Indian Army through any exam like NDA (National Defense Academy), CDSE (Combined Defence Services Exam), SSC (short service commission) , UES (univeristy entry scheme), etc.

After joining Indian Army, one has to get special training for snippier shooting. One who performs well in the training will be specifically trained for being a sniper from their regiment .

-> To become a sniper soldier in army i want to tell you that there is no direct recruitment for a sniper.

-> To be a sniper first of all you have to join army and for joining army as general duty

-> you have to fulfill all requirements to be soldier.

-> Then you have to be a perfect shooter.

-> After that you can be eligible to become a sniper soldier in indian army.

Snipers are recruited directly but they are trained from already recruited soldiers and officers. Therefore, first you have to join Indian Army and then after that you will know how to become a sniper. Most of the snipers are identified by officers and trained inside the Army for special purposes.

Therefore, you can try to get into Army through exams like NDA, CDS or any special entry scheme to become eligible for this post.

I passed class 12 in this year. what exam do I have to take to Indian Sniper ? And how much marks will be attended ?
