How can I get transfer from one college to another after completing 1st year Diploma (CST)?
Hello Sir, I am Anirban Sutradhar. I am pursuing 1'st year Diploma in CST from a Government college, but it is very teacher less college. So I want to know How can I transfer from this college to another? Please answer as soon as possible.

I am sorry to say that you cannot change your college after completion of your 1st Diploma course as there is no such provision for it. You can only switch college under valid circumstances and it should be approved by your Institution in degree course and not Diploma.
