You can apply for polytechnic entrance exam of your state for admission in diploma in mechanical engineering course which will be of 3 years duration.
Being an ITI diploma holder you will be eligible for second year admission through lateral entry. Therefore, just be prepared for the entrance exam which is mostly conducted on state level.
