Congratulations on completing your elementary teacher training course! To get your diploma, here are the key steps you need to follow:

  • Submit your assignments and projects: Make sure you have submitted all the assignments, projects, internship reports, seminars, etc. that were part of your course curriculum. Submit these to your institute or college.
  • Clear any pending dues: Check if there are any pending course fees, library dues or other charges and get them cleared. Get a fee clearance certificate from the institute.
  • Apply for your transcripts and marks sheet: Submit an application to get printed copies of your transcripts showing the subjects you studied and marks obtained. You will need these for the next steps.
  • Apply for provisional certificate: If your institute issues provisional certificates, apply for the same. This acts as proof of your qualification.
  • Apply for permanent affiliation of your course: Submit an application to get your course permanently affiliated with the university or board. The affiliation indicates the legitimacy and recognition of your course.
  • Apply for your diploma: With the transcripts, marks sheet, provisional certificate and affiliation, you can apply for your official diploma. Submit the applications and documents with the necessary fees to the university or education board.
  • Appear for any final examinations (if applicable): Some institutes/universities conduct final examinations for awarding diplomas. If scheduled, appear for and clear the final examinations.
  • Attend any convocations (optional): Many institutes hold convocation ceremonies to award diplomas to the passing out students. Attending the convocation is optional but can be a memorable experience.
  • Download and preserve your diploma: Once awarded, download a copy of your official diploma and keep it safely with you as a key document.
