I passed 10th in 2005.then I failed 12th final exam in 2007 then I gave final exam 2 times final exam in 2008 nd 2009 then also I was failed. I was no interest to givethe exam again, then I joined diploma 2009-12. Now I persuing my btech. My question is there is any to getting a job with 4 year gap between 10th and diploma? How should I prepare my resume? When recruiter ask why there is a gap what I will say? now my age is 24 plus is there any problem to getting a job with that age.
