I am doing diploma in mechanical branch, can i am able to do B.tech from IIT after completing polytechnic?

Yes, you can do B.Tech from IIT after completing a diploma in mechanical engineering.

There are a few different ways to do this.

One way is to apply for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains exam. This exam is a gateway to admission to many engineering colleges in India, including the IITs. If you score well enough on the JEE Mains exam, you will be eligible to apply for B.Tech programs at the IITs.
