There are many colleges which offer D.Pharma course through correspondence mode but since you are working in a government hospital as a staff Nurse in Tilak Nagar (Delhi), I think only IGNOU offer this course through correspondence in Delhi.

D.Pharma is a regular course and there is no possibility of doing it is correspondence mode. Even if someone is offering you it in distance mode, it will surely be not valid.

For Pharmacist registration, you need PCI approved D.Pharma, which is only available through regular course.
