I have done 3.5 year polytechnic diploma after 10th and B.Tech in comp science. I have applied for the of up upper primary maths teacher.Is polytechnic diploma considered equivalent to 12th in up basic shiksha parishad rules.Please provide me link for that rule.

Yes, you are eligible for the job. A Polytechnic diploma course is equivalent to class12 as it is an Undergraduate course. Diploma is class 10+3 course done after class 10. Graduation is equivalent to 10+2+3 pattern. For being eligible for any government jobs, you need to be graduate from a recognized university.
