I need to know whether polytechnic is equal to inter and can we study in another states after polytechnic

Yes, both the Polytechnic and Intermediate courses are equivalent in terms of level of education. But, both the courses are different because in polytechnic course you will be having different branches of engineering courses to opt and in Intermediate you will have the chance to opt Science or Medicine or Commerce stream. If you want to pursue the polytechnic course in another state, then you need to appear for that state polytechnic entrance examination and you need to qualify the entrance examination to get admission in the polytechnic course.

Duration of study period of diploma and b.tech both can be considered for job.
