My sister completed her diploma in education from V.K.S Proffessional College from Madhya pardesh in 2009,but till now she didn't get her diploma in education from that college,only she got marksheet via internet in 2009.
I want to know is this(v.k.s professional) college is affiliated by any university or not.
Plz do tell me,i will be highly obliged.

VKS Teachers Training Institute is a recognized Institute in Madhya Pradesh. It is approved by NCTE and you shouldn't worry about anything regarding the affiliation.

If your sister has completed the Diploma successfully then surely she will get the Diploma from the Institute.

You can use the provisional Diploma until you don't receive the Diploma from the Institute. If you want the original very urgently then you should ask the Institute's Principal/Director about it.
