When the application form of Bihar Polytechnic Test will be release? From where I will get?

I just want to know that Bihar Polytechnic Test application form when release? And where I can get this application form?

Basically application form for Bihar polytechnic test will release in the month of October.
You will get application form from college campus or you can fill it online also.
