still now i m working in kuwait. now i studying
diploma in mechanical engineering for Rajasthaan
vidyapeeth university. after i complete the diploma
can attestate india government.

If you are doing diploma from a recognized university, then you shouldn't face any issues related to attestation. You can easily get them, if you have got valid documents.

Just make sure you have studied from a recognized university and have all the valid documents to support your candidature.
