Am I eligible for interest subsidy if belongs to an EWS Family?
I have taken an education loan on 09.07.2010 for doing b tech. i am from an EWS family. Am i eligible for intertest subsidy?

Yes, you are eligible for interest subsidy. This interest subsidy is applicable to all the eligible candidates belonging to the economic weaker section whose total annual income of the candidates parents should not exceed Rs.4.5 lacs per annum.
* This scheme is applicable from the academic year 2009-2010 starting April, 2009. |
