Education loan 3rd year if i had back papers in previous semesters can i receive my education loan in 3rd year if i had back papers in previous semester??

For being eligible for education loan
Candidate must be an Indian Resident
He must have a good academic background.
If they have any arrears , they must try to clear them as soon as possible, because banks grant loan to desirous as well as meritorious students.
They must have secured admission in any of professional course.
They must have been admitted to a recognised university or institute, then only bank will grant loan to a candidate.
One can still apply for loan , if they had any back paper.
